Phones benefit from a 6-month warranty against defects and hidden faults. This warranty starts from the date of purchase of the product. Breakage and oxidation are not covered by this warranty. Any opening or attempted opening or repair of the telephone by yourself, a third party or any other repairer outside our services will invalidate the warranty. If this sticker is missing or damaged, the product will not be covered by the warranty.
If we discover during the analysis that the phone is broken, oxidized, has already been opened, etc., and does not comply with the warranty conditions, we will not be able to accept the phone under warranty. The IMEI number will be systematically checked during the intervention. Return postage will be charged to the customer. Before sending back your phone, please check that all data has been deleted.
